How our process works
Once you have taken a look over our service and have made the decision to advertise with us, you are now ready to order your package.
To order your package, visit the packages page and select the price bracket your property falls into and select "Order now".
Once you have successfully made a payment, we will contact you to arrange a visit from a Chartered Surveyor to carry out the inspection for the Home Report (if required.)
You should receive notification that your Home Report is ready via email. The Home Report will be made available approximately five working days after the Surveyor has visited the property and carried out the inspection.
Your property will then be uploaded onto leading property websites such as Rightmove, Globrix, Fish4Homes and many more. Your property will remain on our site indefinitely, until you have sold it or make the decision to remove it.

The term 'Conveyancing' refers to all the legal and administrative work associated with transferring the ownership of land or buildings from one owner to another. The conveyancing process starts after an offer has been made and accepted to buy a property and solicitors details exchanged by the two parties.

If you do not have a solicitor in place we are happy to recommend a firm of solicitors we use regularly for conveyancing work. The firm offers a professional, friendly service at affordable prices and you have the option to visit your solicitor at their offices or they can come to your home.
