For every friend you refer (who purchases one of our packages), we'll give you £20 and your friend 10% off their chosen package. Terms and Conditions apply.
Why should I join your refer a friend scheme?

For you...
For each friend that you refer and who goes on to purchase one of our packages, you will get £20. Your friend simply has to quote your referral id when ordering & you will receive a cheque within 30 days.

For your friends...
Once you refer a friend, all they have to do is quote your unique referral id. After it is authenticated; they will save 10% off our normal pricing. They will also be eligible for our refer a friend scheme.
How do I refer my friends?
A. Get Referral ID
Generate your unique referral id via the form on the left side of this page.
B. Pick your friends
Decide which of your friends you would like to refer to Home Sale Online.
D. Invitation to HSO
We will send out an email to your friend(s) outlining how to qualify.
What next?
Once your friend has met the criteria, you will receive a cheque for £20, 30 days after their order has been placed. There are no limits to this, so refer as many friends as you can and start earning cashback.

Referring Terms and Conditions
- To qualify as a referring customer, you must have ordered one of our packages and marketed your property with us.
- All of the friends which you refer must be new customers to Home Sale Online. Any customers that have already ordered one of our packages are considered to be existing customers and will not be eligible to be referred customers in this promotion.
- It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that all the key information you enter into the Refer a Friend form is accurate (including name and email address). Once submitted this information cannot be changed. Failure to submit accurate information may prevent Home Sale Online from establishing a connection between the two customers and therefore result in no rewards for either party.
- When ordering a package, your referred friend must quote your unique referral id.
- All orders must be placed over the phone.
- Failure to provide this unique referral id at the point of order will result in no cashback being paid to you and no discount for your friend.
- You will receive a cheque for £20 within 30 days after your friends order has been placed, assuming all of these terms and conditions are met.
- There is no limit to the number of friends that you may refer.
Referrer Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for the 10% discount as a referred customer, you must quote your friends unique referral id at the point of order.
- Your order must be placed over the phone.
- Failure to quote the referral id at the point of order will result in no discount being rewarded and no cashback for your friend.
- Only new customers to Home Sale Online will qualify as referred customers. Any customers who have previously marketed a property with us are considered to be existing customers and will not be eligible to be referred customers in this promotion.
- It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the key information you provide, when claiming your Refer a Friend discount, is accurate. Failure to do so may prevent Home Sale online from establishing a connection between the two customers and therefore result in no awards for either party.
- All referred customers will also automatically qualify for our refer a friend scheme, in addition to the 10% discount.
General Terms and Conditions
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse this scheme will not be tolerated. Under these circumstances, at the sole discretion of Home Sale Online, we reserve the right to withhold payment of any referral cash-back.
- Home Sale Online reserves the right to add, remove and/or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time.
- Home Sale Online reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- In the case of any dispute, Home Sale Online management's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
