The new way to market your property in Scotland

On December 1st 2008, the Scottish Government introduced the Home Report. Under this legislation, any new property brought to market must have an accompanying Home Report. The Home Report is intended to provide interested buyers with detailed information about a property before they consider submitting an offer.

The Home Report will be compiled by a Chartered Surveyor from our parent firm Survey Scotland Ltd - a leading provider of Home Reports in Scotland.

All Surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have extensive knowledge of properties throughout Scotland. As the property seller you will require to provide the information for the Property Questionnaire which can be completed online right here on our website.

Following the inspection at the property we aim to have your report ready within five working days.
