With this service, we will arrange and conduct all viewings and deal with the selling process as any estate agent would. The only difference is that we do not charge any commission on the sale of your property - saving you thousands!
This package is available in the Central Belt of Scotland only.
Main Features of Gold Package
Free Home Report
By law you require a Home Report before you can advertise your property.
The Surveyor will require to visit your property to carry out the inspection taking approximately 1-2 hours. Following your appointment the Home Report will be available within five working days.
Photos & Measurements
As part of our home visit appointment, we will take photographs and measurements of your property.
Our intention is to show buyers all areas of your property, to help them get a feeling of the internal layout and condition of your home.
